Are you concerned about cannabis extraction methods, which can sometimes incorporate the use of chemical solvents? We understand because we are too! Now you can reserve a time to press your own PA Medical Marijuana flower into chemical-free concentrates!

Rosin is a solventless extraction made through the mechanical process of applying heat and pressure to “press” out the terpene and cannabinoid rich resin from cured marijuana or hemp flower. Our press (ROSINBOMB) is a plug-n-press machine and is extremely simple to use. Our ROSINBOMB press uses heat and pressure to liquify and press out the plant’s essential oils. This resin rich sap will then reconstitute on the parchment paper, ready for collection. After scraping the parchment paper, the waxy residue collected will be clean and ready to dab.

Steps to reserve our ROSINBOMB Rosin Press:

1. Prepay to gain access to our Rosin Press scheduling app.
2. Reservations are available in 15, 30, and 60 minute increments. Choose the best option for your needs when pre-paying.
3. Once you pre-pay, you’ll be emailed a link to reserve your time slot.
4. Show up at least five minutes PRIOR to your scheduled timeslot. Please allow extra travel time for parking and potential traffic.
5. Once you arrive, you’ll be provided with detailed instructions on how to use the press.
6. Parchment paper (4″x4″) and tools are supplied with press rental. If you plan to press larger amounts, please make sure to bring along extra/larger parchment paper for your press.

What type of yield can be expected?

Yield is largely driven by the moisture content and the quality of the organic material being pressed.  However, yield can also be improved by employing good pressing techniques, like creating a puck to focus the plate’s strike point, taking 2 presses on each puck after the rosin has begun to flow.
