What is your no-show and refund policy for classes

No-Show Class Policy: We have limited space in each class. If you cannot attend a class after signing up, please CALL OR EMAIL TO CANCEL at least 24 hours in advance so others have the opportunity to sign up in your place. If you sign up for a class and no-show, a refund will not be provided.

No-Show Consultation Policy: If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation appointment, please CALL OR EMAIL TO CANCEL at least 24 hours in advance so others have the opportunity to sign up in your place. If you miss your appointment and no-show, a refund will not be provided. To reschedule a no-show appointment, you will be charged a 50% rebooking fee.

Class & Consultation Refunds: We are more than happy to offer a class/consultation credit or refund to your card, if cancelled within 24 hours of the event. When an order is originally processed, we’re charged a processing fee. When a refund occurs, that fee is not returned to us. All refunds will include a 5% credit card processing refund fee.
