Experience the Lancaster Living Poetry Museum – April 4th & 5th!

Step into a world where poetry comes to life! Throughout Lancaster city, performers will appear as living statues in various venues, embodying iconic poets like Emily Dickinson, Edgar Allan Poe, Erykah Badu, Common Sense, James Baldwin, and more.

Since September, local poets have been studying these literary legends, perfecting their performances to honor their lives and works. Thanks to a generous grant from the City of Lancaster and the Arts in Education Program at Millersville University, these performers will be professionally costumed, adding an immersive touch to this unforgettable event.
