Hoop Dance Fitness & Conditioning Class

$20.00Hula hoops are a great fitness tool that targets your core, trains flexibility, improves coordination, and releases those feel good endorphins. Each class will consist of a warm up, technique training, choreography, conditioning, and cooldown. The structure of this Hoop Dance class is designed to be a total body workout where you will learn how to create longevity and presence in your movement practice. This class is appropriate for total beginners or seasoned hoopers to refine flow techniques and focus on strength and posture. Hoops hold infinite potential, come out and learn the art of the circle!

Instructor Bio: Autumn Cornell (also known as Miss A LeFay) is an interdisciplinary artist, performer, and educator. She has been practicing and performing hoop dance and circus arts since 2011 and is known for her sultry dance style and smooth transitions. With thousands of teaching hours under her belt, she has crafted a well rounded program focusing on creative expression and movement, she is very passionate about helping her students find their own unique voice within their flow. Autumn holds a BFA from Pacific Northwest College of Art and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, this unique blend of education has allowed her classes to stand out as the best way to not only express your flow, but also practice strong, healthy living.
