FREE Group Guided Meditation

Join us for a FREE guided community meditation session in our beautiful space. Free and open to the public, these weekly drop-in sessions are intended to support anyone interested in developing and sustaining a regular mindfulness meditation practice. This opportunity is for the anyone including the curious, former students, and seasoned practitioners.
Inspired by the essential principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction), each session includes a pre-recorded guided mindfulness meditation practice.
DATE: Every second and fourth Monday of each month
TIME: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Must be 18 years old to attend. No walk-ins will be accepted at this time. You must preregister before 5:00 pm the day of the meditation. Limited to 25 attendees.
