FREE Group Guided Meditation

Join us for a FREE guided community meditation session in our beautiful space. Free and open to the public, these weekly pre-recorded sessions are intended to support anyone interested in developing and sustaining a regular mindfulness meditation practice. This opportunity is for the anyone including the curious, former students, and seasoned practitioners.
Inspired by the essential principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction), each session includes a pre-recorded guided mindfulness meditation practice.

PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up, please be respectful by not no-showing. We have limited space so if you cannot attend this free event after signing up, please CALL OR EMAIL TO CANCEL at least 24 hours in advance so others have the opportunity to sign up in your place. Must be 18 years old to attend. No walk-ins will be accepted at this time. You must preregister before 5:00 pm the day of the meditation. Limited to 25 attendees.
