Important Notice: Just like at a bar or restaurant, customers are not permitted to bring their own “green medicine” into The Lounge. All green medicine and smoking devices must be purchased or rented on-site. Vaping is not permitted indoors, and absolutely no tobacco use is permitted inside the building.

If you are found with unauthorized green medicine, smoking devices, or tobacco, you will be asked to leave the premises and will not be permitted back onsite. Additionally, visibly intoxicated individuals will not be permitted entry. Mixing alcohol intoxication with green medicine is unsafe, and we strictly enforce this policy.

These measures are in place to ensure the safety of all customers and to protect the integrity of The Lounge. Thank you for understanding and respecting our guidelines!

We are excited to offer a unique and welcoming environment at The Lounge! While we specialize in providing premium hemp-derived THC-infused cocktails and products, we also allow guests to bring their own beverages to enjoy during their visit. To ensure a seamless experience for all, we have established the following BYOB guidelines:

1. Bottle Fee: Guests bringing their own alcoholic beverages are required to pay a $20 bottle fee per bottle. This fee helps cover the costs of providing use of the space, glassware, and the clean-up services associated with BYOB. The fee applies to each bottle brought into The Lounge, including wine, spirits, and other beverages.
2. Permitted Beverages: BYOB is limited to wine and spirits. Alcoholic beverages must arrive in sealed, unopened containers.
3. Age Requirements: All guests must be 21 years or older and provide valid identification upon entry.
4. Responsible Consumption: We encourage responsible consumption and reserve the right to refuse service or request that individuals discontinue alcohol consumption if necessary. No drinking is permitted directly from open bottles or cans.
5. Bud Bar Offerings: Guests can purchase mocktails from our Bud Bar to use as mixers for their beverages, enhancing their BYOB experience with our unique creations.
6. Pairing with Lounge Offerings: Guests are welcome to enjoy their BYOB beverages alongside our hemp-derived THC products and infused offerings for a complete experience.
7. Payment and Entry: The $20 bottle fee must be paid upon entry at the bud bar before beverages are served.
8. Outside Mixers and Glassware: Please refrain from bringing outside mixers or glassware. We will provide appropriate drinkware, and additional mixers can be purchased at the Bud Bar.
